Shipping policy

Ships in x weeks - How long it will be until I ship your order. If your order contains multiple items, it will ship according to the longest ship time. If you would like prefer some items to be shipped sooner you will need to place separate orders.

Coming Soon - This is a new product that is not yet available to purchase. Enter your email address on the product page to get a notification when it becomes available. 

Sold - This product is sold out and there are no more available to purchase, sorry!

(Low Stock) - I don’t have many of these left ready to ship, shipping time may increase if you order multiple. Check your cart before checkout to see more accurate shipping times.

(Limited Available) - These are a limited product and once they are all sold there will be no more available to purchase.

Orders will be shipped according to the longest lead time of the item in the order. You will receive an email with tracking once I have shipped your order. I am based in the UK so delivery times will depend on your location.

I can offer shipping worldwide, if your country is not listed please contact me and I can arrange this.

Shipping within the UK

Orders will be sent via a tracked 48 hour service. There are no additional duties to pay. Free shipping on orders over £100 is not applicable to business customers.

Shipping to the USA

Orders will be sent via a tracked international service. Duties are included in your order total.

Shipping to the rest of the world (including EU)

Orders will be sent via a tracked international service. Duties are not included and you may have to pay additional taxes and fees upon delivery. Unfortunately as a small independent business, I am currently unable to assist with any customs issues you may encounter.

Packaging

All of my packaging is biodegradable and eco-friendly. In the rare case you receive something with plastic bubble wrap, this wasn’t newly bought on my behalf this was recycled, please do recycle it yourself too!
