Please see Aftercare regarding how to care for your ceramics. Due to the nature of ceramic we are not responsible for breakages unless they're damaged during shipment - THIS MUST BE PHOTOGRAPHED AND REFUSED UPON DELIVERY!
RETURNS
There is now a restocking fee of £10 per item.
You have 14 days from the day you receive your item to request a return. Please contact me via the ‘Contact Me’ page to start this process. To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and returned to me in the same condition that you received it. If the item is not returned in its original condition the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. You are responsible for covering all postage costs and your item must be dispatched within 30 days, it MUST be received back in the studio in full, saleable condition.
You will be refunded for the items only, minus the restocking fee, this does not include the postage costs.
Unless they arrive damaged or defective, I will not accept returns of personalised or custom orders due to the nature of these items.
DAMAGES/DEFECTS
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact me immediately if the item is defective or has been damaged in transit. All damages must be confirmed with photographic evidence and reported within 24 hours of receiving your item. You will be offered a refund or, a replacement of your item. If you would prefer me to repair your item, I will not cover return postage costs.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
