Returns, Refunds & Damages
You have 14 days from the day you receive your item to request a return. Please contact me via the ‘Contact Me’ page to start this process. To be eligible for a full refund your item must be unused and returned to me in the same condition that you received it. If the item is not returned in its original condition the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. You are responsible for covering all postage costs and your item must be dispatched within 30 days.
You will be refunded for the items only, this does not include my postage costs.
Unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns of personalised or custom orders due to the nature of these items.
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact me immediately if the item is defective or has been damaged in transit. All damages must be confirmed with photographic evidence and reported within 48hours of receiving your item. You will be offered a full refund or, a replacement of your item. If you would prefer me to repair your item, I will cover return postage costs.
